BLIND SCHOOL VISIT

Students from our school visit the NAB Centre for visually impaired women, run by Esha. Founded in January 2005 by Nidhi Arora, an IIM Calcutta alumnus, Esha is a non-profit organisation striving to help the blind in small ways that make a big difference.

Ramites to the core, enthusiastic seventh graders plan various activities for the visually impaired students. They have recorded audio lessons which are used by students across the country. They have also made mementoes and planned an entertainment-based programme.

The aim of this project is to ensure understanding and sympathy and also help children realise how every individual can and must do his or her bit to bring about the required change. Sensitivity to human values is the bedrock of our Community Service Programme.
